How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Trialsasian Remodeling to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • How things went when you called or contacted Trialsasian Remodeling
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project hits a snag, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record of what each side said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Trialsasian Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@trialsasian.living and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Then we will tell you what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to look again. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For trouble with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
